REFUND POLICY
RETURNS
We are happy to offer returns on all full priced items for a store credit.
To return your items, please contact lovefromcherrie@gmail.com with your order number and request a returns form within 3 days of receiving your item.
Returned postage costs are not covered by CHERRIE. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure we receive your item. We are not liable for returns lost in transit.
All returns are processed within 3-5 business days when we receive them. Once your return has been processed and approved, we will email you a store credit code. This can be used within a 12 month period store wide.
We are unable to accept returns on the below:
- Worn, damaged or used items and the fault or defect was not pointed out to you before you purchased it.
- Items returned without its original packaging, boxes or tags.
- Items purchased on sale.
- Items returned without a returns form.
- Gift cards.
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for earrings unless faulty within the first 3 days of receiving the them.
FAULTY ITEMS
In the event that you receive a faulty item, where the fault or defect was not pointed out to you before you purchased it, please contact lovefromcherrie@gmail.com with your order number and an image of the fault within 3 days so that we can replace your item or give you a refund.
If you are shipping an item over $80, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
