Not receiving a confirmation after placing your order?

Upon placing your order you will receive a confirmation email. If you are not able to find the confirmation email in your inbox be sure to check our spam/junk folder. If the email is still missing you may have accidentally keyed in a wrong email during your checkout. Email us at lovefromcherrie@gmail.com so we can locate your mail and send it back to you.

 

What currency are the products listed in?

All of our products are listed in AUD, USD, EUR, GBP, NZD, SGD. If you are handling a different currency, we recommend that you check the current exchange rate to get an accurate idea of your payment.  

 

How do I clean my jewellery?

Always keep your jewellery clean by avioding any exposure to water, creams, lotions, perfume, oils, chemicals and other substances that can be harsh to the items. When you notice any discolouration from residue on your jewellery, wipe the area with a piece of cotton fabric to restore them to a clean state.
